How are the points calculated btw? Coefficient of the winners time? Or an fixed standard like in Decathlon etc? -

I found out that for an event to be considered official there is a minimum of 3 athletes from different countries. If a country backs out there is a penalty of US$1,000 so probably that's what happened. The regulation does not states anything about not giving medals to the participants if less than 3. -
