And if it's added, it may take place in Oklahoma City in 2028.  But, as the article states, the World Championships will held in Oklahoma City in 2026.

 

Los Angeles 2028 close to making decision on canoe slalom relocation to Oklahoma (insidethegames.biz)

Yet another of those strange :USA sports where lots of people do it for fun, but not many people go into the Olympic event.

    • I tried to get onto the metro multiple times and gave up    I had just arrived the day of from Bangkok (12 hr flight) and was just exhausted and wanted to sleep
