Actually no, Boston is seen as the one historically conservative city in the Northeast. It’s famous for its inhabitants being racists. Those are often the jokes about it anyways. Plus, the dumb accent.

I’ve just realized how much I dislike Boston. Huh :mumble:

Yet the entire New England has voted Democrats in the last 7 presidential elections (with only NH for Bush in 2000). So that's 41/42 score. That's quite a stretch.

The Patriots have a Track record of not caring about this type of stuff. They definitely made the right decision.

They always bring the problematic players because they think under belichick they will behave. Happened with Randy Moss, Aqib Talib, Chad Johnson (though he was bad). Brown was too much for them

Can't hate the Pats since they employ(ed) guys named Gronkowski & Gostkowski :p

Btw, Mitch Trubisky looked like Blake Bortles yesterday. Bears ain't gonna win shit if Nagy lets him throw the ball 45 times per game!

I presume that new Patriots punt returner Gunner Olszewski has Polish last name as well?

I am also Patriots fan since Belichick grandparents (from father side) are from Croatia.

don't forget Aaron Hernandez...one of the saddest stories in the NFL history (even if his troubles had nothing to do with the game of football)...

Out of curiousity: is there a women's american football thread? :)

No, there is not. I do believe the IAAF has a women’s world championships. There’s just an “American Football” thread for the two.

Yeah, Gunner Olszewski is of Polish descent. I was aware of Bellichick being of Croatian descent, he's been around too long not to take notice!
