It seems to be starting next Monday according to this document I found on a nautical clubs’s page in Porto Alegre.

This document is from april though, according to the date in the link. I think we can be safe to say the event is not starting today?

Our press confirmed, this event was cancelled and the quotas will be decided in Worlds, in Palma  next year
