As far as I can tell (no name was said) won the quota in the men's 3m springboard. Chew Yiwei and Ooi Tze Liang won silver and bronze respectively. No scores were listed. If anyone has more information it would be helpful.

I think the name of the Japanese diver is Ken Terauchi.

I googled his name and found his instagram account. He posted this, so pretty sure it's him: https://www.instagram.com/p/B2HOeb8gpmM/

 

I also think I found the results for the top 3 via a Chinese-Malaysian website. 

 

Men's 3m springboard

1.  Ken Terauchi 416.10 points

2.  Chew Yiwei 409.05 points

3.  Ooi Tze Liang 408.75 points

 

@JoshMartini007 A small correction. Terauchi's score was 416.10 points, not 426.10 points. I have edited his result.

Meanwhile in 10 m platform synchro women, no winner was declared...

 

Only 2 pairs competing, the Malaysian pair withdrew mid competition due to injury and the North Korean pair was disqualified since the athletes are not from the registered list
