I have to admit, I still don't see why there has to be continental representation at the Olympics across every boat class - it doesn't really do anything to expand the sport as Oceania quotas always go to Australia or New Zealand and the American ones, although spread out more, still tend to be won by the bigger nations.

So, here's where we stand in men's K4.

 

                will fight for 7 spots, 1 boat will miss Paris.

 

 already qualified as the only non-European boat in the A final.

 

  v   will fight for the Asian quota in the B final.

 

 qualified as the only American boat in the Top18.
