I think aiming at 50% of women quota in some sports is a shame considering the number of men/women athletes playing in those sports both in professional and amateur level. Just like having the same prize money in tennis tournaments and then in joint tournaments trying to fix the schedule in order not to show stadiums are full for men's matches and empty for women's matches

Yeah, just they're not in the shape of guitar pick. I'd say they're quite similar, maybe a little less rounded (I'm searching for a better quality than this live stream on Instagram).
