In terms of Olympic quotas, the US and China are well ahead of the other teams. They both don't have any weaknesses. The other quota should go to Australia with maybe the Netherlands or GB capable of pulling off an upset.

Tonight's 800m free final is probably the most excited I've ever been about a distance event! Men's distance racing in particular is incredibly exciting right now!
