I used a proxy on BBC.com in 2014. This year in Canada we have everything online.

You can try to sign up here: https://www.dazn.com/ (this is Canada's rights holder) and perhaps it will allow you. You get a free trial for one month.

Also, iirc GC 2018 had a streaming section of the website, so maybe for countries like Italy they will stream it live.
