India defeated England in women's hockey

 Manu Bhaker dominated women's 10m pistol setting 2 GRs in Qualifications and finals with 388 and 240.9 in finals , surprisingly they still use the old format in women's pistol of total 4 rounds rather than 6 which's applied this year by ISSF

 Abdullah Hei Baki achieved his country's 1st medal in the games after winning men's 10m rifle silver by 244.7 just 0.3 shy of Gold Medalist  Dane Sampson who set a new finals GR

in Squash  Sarah Jean Perry defeated  Tesni Evans 3-0  to reach women's singles final and she'll face  Joelle King who defeated defending champion  Nicol David in her probably last Games 3-1 , in men's singles it'll be also English - New Zealand final as James Willstrop will take on Paul Coll

in Table Tennis , India has made one of the biggest upsets of these games IMO by defeating Singapore in the final 3-1 and even defeating World no.4 Feng Tian Wei in the 1st match 3-1 by Manika Batra

Thats 5th Gold for her in last one month (2 Gold in WC, 2 Gold in Junior WC and 1 Gold in CWG). 

 

CWG is not strict about adhering to the Olympic events/formats.
