Didn't see him do much else than hang on for dear life in the second half of the Tour

I think Bernal is the 3rd youngest winner ever and the youngest since Francois Faber in 1909. I think this is also the first time ever that the whole podium (the top 4 actually) are within 2 minutes.

Not sure who could challenge Bernal in the next couple of years? I think Buchmann will only get better, but i fear the same will be true for Bernal. Maybe Roglic or Dumoulin can challenge Bernal? From a german perspective i would like to see Kämna go to Bora and maybe take over from Buchmann as captain in a couple of years, i think he has great potential.

True, but hanging on for life that long should be commended. I was very impressed with his performance.
