The most boring game do far especially the 2nd half

Early part of the half had some energy to it, but yeah, definitely slowed down a bit.

Another 0:0? :d

Is this the 5th one? Maybe an all-time record already?

no, not yet...

in 1982, 2006, 2010 and 2014 there were 7 goalless draws.

US should have won 2 matches, but are with none. They have one upped Canada for the "most unlucky" prize. Let's see, if Canada can equal the score again in their next match. :d

The record is seven (1982, 2006, 2010, 2014). Even the much-maligned Italia 1990 only had five goalless draws.

Looks like "favorites" arent pushing at all, so we will probably see few more draws, goalless ones included.

England was only slightly better than Netherlands.

    • Yeah. It was pretty bad that they cancel the contract with the original creative director after 7 months of work. I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
