We're reaching the final stage of this Opening Ceremony, but not without sharing with you two of Mexico's most recognizable songs: the nostalgic ode to our motherland "México Lindo y Querido"

Sadly it was eventually discovered by the Germans when a boy crossed an opening in the woods to get some water and German soldiers followed him. The original huts aren't there anymore, but there are a few they rebuild to give a bit of a sense of how it was. There's not really much of a monument or info or anything except for one sign, but it's relatively deep in the woods and so pretty quiet and an interesting place to visit (and easy to do for me by bike). If you're ever on the Veluwe, let me know  

 

Been in Veluwe to cycle a couple of times but mainly on the Arnhem area, in Hoge veluwe or veluwezoom, really nice places to explore

Cool! My home area is more in the northwest of the Veluwe (Nunspeet, and surrounding places like Ermelo, Putten, Epe, Elspeet, Vierhouten), which is not exactly the Arnhem area, but you're still welcome to come cycle
