Looks like cross-country running will be held at the 2027 Winter University Games.

FISU has sent a note to member federations saying for the 2029 Winter Universiade, bids can be just for the snow events or Ice events, if interested parties decide to go that route.

So basically a Granada / Štrbské Pleso 2015 situation, or just straight up one without including other (snow or ice)?
