Wonderful to see Callum Hawkins back and with a new PB :)

Good run by the Australian. Shame I couldn't understand her strong Melbourne accent...;)

Ahh, of course. I thought you were talking about Callum Hawkins being a Melbourne woman :d

From the depths of hell Mayo, to the depths of Melbourne. She's an inspiration though :)

I really hope they made the right decision here. This has huge implications obviously. If Semenya loses, I say she takes them to international court, since we’ve already established thanks to Germans that legal jurisdiction is tricky.

I don't there can be a "right" decision here. If Semenya loses the case then, despite having nothing wrong, she probably will not be the best in the world ever again.

If she wins we don't know what happens next. It could even lead, in the most extreme case, to the end of women only sports.events.

    • That was known from the start for  and will be planned for.   Sadly just the reality of sports in North America. Canada and the US are both huge, a flight from Vancouver to Halifax or from Seattle to Miami is north of five hours. Every sports league in North America has to deal with this kind of travel logistics on the regular, so none of this will seem particularly unusual to a North American player.
    • That’s not a long distance, it’s barely a 2h flight and there is no difference in timezone. Easily doable for fans as well.
