Hong Kong suddenly has quite a good chance in team eventing, as FEI has interestingly decided to drop the level of Groups F/G qualifier from 4* to 3*.

 

However, keep in mind that they could just as easily lose this team quota if they don't fulfill minimum requirements by January (which is quite possible, actually...).
