Mh, no. He is italian... After Sanremo we had a political controversy that includes the major party (like all in Italy, there is a very worrying political climax), so stop this :p

Sorry, I didn't know you were one of the three fans of that song :p

Under hour before the show starts. Go :NED and Duncan! :cheer:

I'm getting more and more worried about :AUS. It's the second last song of tonight's show and many people have been drinking about 10-15 Gin and Tonics at that point, so they could be tempted to vote for a opera, pole-swinging, glitter lady. Hopefully this will not happen...

p.s. many of my friends are Gin and Tonic-drinking, half drunk, emotional ladies.

Good luck to all the contestants tonight. I'm conflicted on whether or not I would be fine with a Dutch victory, however, I'm looking for surprises.

Enough with surprises, after 44 years it's about time for a Dutch win :p

Well, if Australia gets 12 points (on the televoting side) from Denmark, you know why

    • Yes, but what I mean for Serbia is that everything changed there (unfortunately for us ). 2022 was an unbelievable mess, that's not the case anymore now with just one athlete who has really gone for it and made it, so I'm 99% sure they'll accept it this time.   Who knows though. Plus there's always 1-2 bigger countries here or there who reject something, but it's not gonna be 16 places I'm afraid
    • Doping by Event Type When we look at which events have the most doping cases, a few categories stand out from recent sanction records: Long Distance (3,000m and above): 32% of cases Sprints (400m or less): 24% of cases Jumps: 12% of cases Javelin: 8% of cases Middle Distance (800m–1,500m): 8% of cases Hammer: 8% of cases Steeplechase (3,000m SC): 4% of cases

It’s worth noting that 199 of World Athletics’ 214 member federations have no athletes on the current ban list. This means the problem is really concentrated in a small number of places.
