So, tomorrow' s Parallel is not going to be the typical 80 minute direct elimination stuff from the past. We are actually having a qualification first in the morning, like in a true Parallel event. How many make the finals, top 32 or top 16?

Will they use the real gaps or just do the mandatory 0.5 cut-off in which case the results will be determined by the lanes again?

Very good innovation in the parallel with the red gate that only opens whenever it wants. It forces skiers to stay focused in order to not crash at the start.

    • Yeah. It was pretty bad that they cancel the contract with the original creative director after 7 months of work. I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
