I'm not watching the Eurosport Player this time, my phone's battery is kinda empty, the recharger is upstairs and after my morning run I'm way too hurt to go up there

I probably do  

 

And quite alright actually. I managed to keep my minute/minute (running/walking) schedule for 7km (way harder than planned, mostly because due to the heat here I slept like 3 hours  ), after that I went for shorter intervals and eventually managed to do the 10km in 59:29

I thought I would go for a morning run before the heat picks up and athletics starts. Somehow, I was very exhausted and managed to sleep through it, so it doesn't look too great for me.

Ooh, our media is picking up. Apparently we had Jonas Pipynė that ran 1500m in European Championships back in 1958, but he did not make the final. So it's been 60 years since we last saw a Lithuanian man in 1500-10000m racing. We've only had athletes in 800m, 3000m SC and Marathon during those 60 years in middle/long distance running.
