20 seconds was not simply too little, it was ridicolous for Dumoulin...he should have got a couple of minutes of penalty, given the fact that the punishment must be based on the time and the number of times that you stay behind cars (which is greater than the time you gain, which in turn was much more than 20 sec. in this case). A cheater got away almost unpunished in this case, and this will probably have a great influence on the final standing.
