Sumit Nagal tweeted today that he is officially in.   Wiki and we here had counted him in for 2 weeks already, but good to see confirmation.

SoonWoo Kwon confirmed today that he is officially in with his PR ranking too.  Chosun Ilbo newspaper (in Korean) reports this ("Kwon SoonWoo is going Paris!" is the title)

The article says that Kwon has posted the confirmation on social media.  As his PR is 80, it means #79 Mensik is also in.

I doubt it.  Almost definitely not in the first list.  Maybe after withdrawals and all that, as some sort of last minute entry.  Even that looks quite improbable.  The combined rank may not fall much below 100, I would imagine.
