It's because in the Individual Rankings, I am marking only the athletes until the last currently qualified fencer. In that case it's Sato , in the 31th position. The fist  fencer is in the 32th. If she overtakes the japanese, I will mark her too

and in case, they have 8 Host Country quota places to fill all the blanks (they can use them as they want)
