6th, 7th and 10th finishers also got MER.

No, it has to be 16 or under jumping (fence) penalties. Technically you are allowed to collect tons of time faults on top of that.

Eventing Quillota (Feb 17-19) CCI4*-S Results

Not a good performance for Chile. Only one other person finished, Bittner who didn't have a good time in the cross-country portion.
