But I'm fairy sure it's Olympique de Marseille as I have spend much time scrolling through results from the European Cup, and later Champions League, when I was younger. I loved to search for results and I remember a photo where the text stated something with Olympique de Marseille won the first edition of Champions League in the 1992-93 season. I go with A.
