In yesterday semifinal she totally dominated the fight over her Austrian opponent, winning by unanimous decision, The Ring judge even had to count the Austrian in Round 2. but she was allowed to continue and complete the match anyway. So apparently more than half of the Womens Duathlon athletes was disqualified after the race including (our sole athlete in the race, originally 15th) and the original gold medalist from and bronze medalist from because they all did 1 more lap in cycling than was necessary They were furious agianst the organizers, in interviews, our athlete said to our NOC "The organization on the track was disastrous. No one showed us the direction for the cycling in our first lap, we all in our leading group had no idea if we were going the right way. We were a larger group working together. I feel like we went a lap more than we should have... now after the race they disqualified all of us" Sweet Alabama never disappoint
