    Three participants in today's race....only Taynara da Silva and the coach are other competitor, the rest didn't show up today. Since the champ is sick and Taynara has been improving, who knows, there might finally be a bit of a fight when the races finally start today (it's waiting for an ambulance to arrive, FIS requirement).

    @Dmitry @FC Mezhgorye @Dimast @vovanA Any idea what happened with Vassiliev? DNS'ed in the 2nd round yesterday, today he showed up in team presentation but then didn't appear in the competition (screwing the team because now they only have 3 jumpers).

    Top speed for world record holder Simone Origone in qualifying for the speed skiing world championships yesterday: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yxp-HmaJdt9sCAnUHmzLjy29wEkea3nV/view Far away from the world record though, probably because the top of the track is unavailable due to some avalanche problems. Next week's Speed Masters, considered a world record attempt, has been cancelled for the same reason.

    I like it as one event, the Tour de Ski. One 'different' thing as sort of an ultimate test, cool, but the rest...meh. Just like I very much like the Four Hills Tournament in ski jumping, but all the Willingen Five and RAW AIR stuff can go back to not existing.
