    Belgian sport seems very much on the rise. Maybe, 10 medals+ in on the table for Paris ? That would be a first... since Paris 1924.

    Weird stuff. The B&B Hotel team that you may have seen at the recent TDF (or not ) will sign a partnership with ... the city of Paris. Actually, not a sponsorship as there won't be any money, just that the team will use the name of the city. Money wise, a new sponsor is expected to be announced very soon. So please welcome the team to be known from next year as : Paris Cycling Club - B&B Hotel - Whatever.

    Media interest generally speaking and overall recognition. Granted, I speak mostly from a french perspective (basically, no media coverage at all and sport officials barely noticing the event) It might be vastly different in other countries.
