  2. yes, you're right I only saw his total and didn't take him into consideration however, there are also a few more shooters that could reach 123 with a 25/25 in the last stage, among them Mykola Milchev (together with a man from , a and an ) if 2 of these 4 miss at least a target, then we're going to have the massive shoot-off at 122 if they all shoot a clean series, the we might have a milder 6/7 man shoot-off for 5/6 places in the final the situation is still developing
  3. Today's Live action is on Youtube, starting at 11.30 a.m. CET
  4. results before Today's Medal Series (there's a new format* in town, for those who don't know that yet) men's 49er: women's 49er FX: mixed Nacra 17: *after all the traditional Fleet races, now the top 20 boats of the Gold Fleet have to sail a final qualification race whose score is not to be discarded at the end of that race, the top 4 crews will sail a proper Gold Medal race, the winner of which will be the Gold Medallist, meanwhile the Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded on the basis of the scores of the whole qualification stage, not counting the last 4-boat race
  5. in the men's Skeet, the last round of the qualification stage is underway so far, Azmy Mehelba and Emil Kjeldgaard Petersen lead the pack with 123/125 targets and look almost safe in the final (but it's not mathematical yet) Vincent Hancock has yet to start the last series, but he will do it from a comfortable lead (he was the only man with 99/100 after day #2) and finally, there's a big group (up to 16 shooters) already at / or with the potential to reach 122/125 targets there's a high risk of a gigantic shoot-off for a few places in the final

  9. the last option is the best (also because it looks that they will change everything once again)
  10. we already discussed that in the general thread, I think however, yesterday's news is that both Pilato and Tarantino have been sanctioned with a 90-day ban (starting yesterday), which means that they will miss the short course season I think it's a bit unfair, as it was proved by the Singapore authorities that it was Tarantino the actual burglar and Pilato was more a victim of her teammate trying to hide the stolen goods in her bag in any case, it's already history...the damage has been done and the world goes on
  11. she's literally trying the extreme move to escape McLaughlin's strangle hold (we all know that in LA she'll go for the double 400m/400m HS)
