  20. Perhaps one of GB's best medal hopes Holly Bradshaw just retired from the Pole Vault during the qualification stage when her pole snapped in training. She skipped 4.20 and 4.35 but decided not to go to 4.50
  21. Just checked. There are no differences, except from changing some of the heads from black to white. It does look better, the black clashed somewhat, but there is no substantive difference

  24. Orienteering: Street 8th with 14:49.00 and Crickmore 23rd with a 15:55.00 in the men's event. In the women's event, Andersen was 14th in 16:40.00 and Ward was 17th with 17:02.00. Wheelchair Rugby started well: a 47-12 win over the USA and a 46-27 win over Japan. Billiard Sports: Fisher won 9-7 and faces Yuki Haraguchi in the semifinal Tug of War: A 1-1 draw with the Dutch was followed by a 3-0 win over Germany, a 1-1 draw over Switzerland, a 3-0 loss to Chinese Taipei and a 1-1 draw with Sweden. In the semifinal the team lost 3-0 to Sweden and then a 2-1 loss to Switzerland in the Bronze Medal Match.
