  1. This seems wrong? How can Cyprus gain a place from the Europeans 2020 when Croatia finished ahead?
  2. Wow, the Lithuanian guy with Bib 40 has some excellent form. Watch out for him making the Top 30 in the first run.
  3. I guess you missed the Olympic champion's crash from about a year before Pyeongchang?
  4. Oh boy. Both Greece and Montenegro barely defeated Georgia. I can sense a total disaster coming up tomorrow...
  5. Although the season is basically over (for the top athletes anyway), it is interesting to see as many as 41 sleds entered for Igls this week. Could be the biggest event in a while. https://www.ibsf.org/images/api/download/competitions/03af1293-c2a1-4118-ae53-58b16974c978_rennen_ec_m_nner_19.02._13.30_uhr.pdf
  6. Hasilla pulled a Kaukenas. Classic.
  7. Zrinka Ljutić tested positive, so no WCh for her. Too bad, she was quite ready to turn some heads. Still a chance she joins for the WC Finals (pending Junior WCh).
  8. We can do so quite easily. Chances are that Croatia and Russia will play 3rd place match. While I don't expect Russia to beat us twice, you can't argue that theey have not defeated us already.
  9. Not surprised. Like I said in other threads, our teams have a tendency of playing bad against lower ranked teams. That's why it is pretty unfortunate to even be a part of this tournament, they should have qualified already. And if they miss out, then I will seriously hope for the Games to get cancelled.
  10. Agreed. Right on par with men's downhill.
  11. Blood in the pool 2? Featuring one of the original teams.
  12. All this was heard last year and yet it got postponed. So, yeah.
  13. As long as the WC Final is still on, I might as well keep up with the updates... This is all very Olympics-being-held dependent. If the IOC cancels them, I'm sure FEI will immediately pull the plug on this, since they pretty much took all financial responsibilities from Gothenburg. North American League - Stage 6 (Wellington, FL) Brittany Fraser-Beaulieu (All In) - 79.330% Ashley Holzer (Valentine) - 78.365% Anna Buffini (Davinia la Douce) - 75.505% Full results... Standings after Stage 6/7...
  14. It also means they (organizers, athletes, live timing people) did not know the rules in the moment the race was over. It just adds more questions over integrity. Also... Why not use the photo finish? Since it is literally possible to use it.
  15. I mean, if this ever gets added to the Olympics, it just means IOC has no backbone whatsoever. Litterally could not sink any lower than this.
  16. WHAT?! They changed the rules after the competition because they were unhappy with the outcome??
  17. I honestly hope the bad karma part is officially behind Zubčić now!
  18. This would actually work without the +0.5 part. It's just utterly ridiculous. It's like having an individual biathlon race with max 2 minutes added after 2/4 shoots.
  19. Silver it is.
  20. Meh, celebrating this medal is like celebrating winning a roulette, rather than a sport achievement. Hope it's not a bad karma for the serious race to come...
  21. Eva Maria Pracht Daughter of one Josef Neckermann, and an anchor of the Canada Seoul 1988 bronze medal team (even though she was the discard score). https://www.eurodressage.com/2021/02/16/eva-maria-pracht-passed-away
  22. I expect more resolutions like this one in other sports too. Suspect there will be an unusual number of withdrawals as well. We may end up with something that closely resembles Moscow 1980.
  23. Petra Vlhovaova would sneak in here.
  24. Somehow... This got stuck in my head.
  25. Yeah, I got surprised at seeing the Louisiana's finest, Sydney Conley Elliott, posting snow content.
