    Not directly. But it's pretty similar. They got removed because they allowed Nigeria and Ghana to qualify with zero competition and virtually no experience (especially in the case of Nigerians)...

    As per Olympic alternate rules, they do not get a medal or get included in the team roster, unless they get subbed in at some point. Once subbed in, they can no longer go back to their alternate status, I believe.

    Same story every time. Countless DNFs. If only FIS would award WCSL points to everyone in the Top 30. That in itself would make these championship races so much more watchable.

    I'm not sure. But placing someone within Top 30 on any WCSL makes the pathway much more easier. So far only Zubčić is on it.
