In freestyle/snowboard is the most obvious for me, 3 per country should be the maximum.

African quotas in Skeleton/Bobs are a joke. It's a risky sport to be giving quotas to athlete with no much international competition just because there's no oke more on this continent....

So, there's place for 12 north korean hockey players but IOC can't make room for a usual World Cup competitor from a small and exotic country with no other competitors at this game. Sometimes IOC is dificult to understand for me. If there are cases where the rules "can" be break are cases like this one. Also, why is the men's skeleton field so big? Is not like this is a sport werethe women are not competitive.

For me, Cross Country is entertaining when there's mud and snow, that cause racing more difficult. Also whit big hills, not that crappy obstacles they put in the Kampala WC in 2017 to make it "harder". For all that, Cross Country makes more sense in the Winter Olympic Games. If they want to do for Summer Games maybe they're thinking about "obstacles-races" or Spartan Races instead. It's a cool idea and I would deffo watch the event and probably became one of my faves, but this is not Cross Country.

Yes, it's totally a TV show thing, not a proper athletics event. There are so many ways to make athletics young and exciting, but deffo this isn't one of them.

So, aparently, this BIG MESS is a new athletics event. This is footage from a European Games Test held in Portugal last week, where some spanish teams were invited to take part and test the new event. Apparently its called "Athlon", and it's so stupid I can't really believe this is going to happend. It's a relay-style race where each runner does some weitght-draggin while runing, then some throwing, then obtacules and finally they carry a big ball (?) I am sorry but I can't understand a thing. European Athletics is going to make official this discipline next year.

Asian field hockey boys qualifier has already happend, but I can't find any info. Anyone knows something?

I've send them links to the FIS page, the oficial qualification pdf translated to spanish and I talked to journalist to talk to them (cause maybe they'll believe more if a serious journalist explain them this rather than me, a random boy); and nothing worked. Even in the last new they uploaded to their official webpage they are saying that Alex Puente (another boy) has his last chance next week to fullfith internal national criteria and being added to the team in Supergigant.......... Worst part of all is that both Juan and Quim are super nice and likeable boys and it kills me seing both so happy in twitter or instagram posts saying how they are going to the Olympics when I'm 99% sure one of them isn't going...

So, in talks with the Spanish Federation, they are still saying that Spain owns a men's spot in each discipline and saying that they are going to send Juan del Campo in giant slalom and Quim Salarich in slalom (both males). I'm pretty sure Spain only owns a men's quota overall and we can send only one of them but they wont listen, and I'm going crazy.
