    Over 20 finals and 65/90 athletes reached 10 place or better, 4 medals in 3 new sports for us and Judo of course 2G 2B is 2X better then Athens, and like you said the Russian at the moment are acting like they reached ROC bottom..

    Perhaps it’s harsh but the point is that some Sports need the Olympics and some are just in, and some are football, where the men event is not even considered main

    For sure it will still not bother me or effect my love for the games, but those tons of changes from one edition to the other, is doing more harm then good IMO, just think about kids that started weightlifting only to find out it’s going out from the games, some of the sports like Baseball Football and tennis could provide exposure and money without the Olympics but some of those sports are truly depends on them,

    While this is super true, the fact that core Olympic events are getting cut down or even dropped, things like skateboarding and breakdancing are getting their place, sorry but watching 10 year olds getting 3/10 at most and winning gold is ridiculous, the annoying attempt to be liked by “young generations “ is ruining the games

    But the fact is that the rules here are giving you the option to drop the prop and still get a good score unlike the harsh rules of artistic gymnastics for instance, there every fall is crucial so if you have here enough advantage of score even dropped ribbon could give you gold, guessing they will harsh the rules for The next Olympic cycle

    But it is a nice way to conclude your time as an IOC member

    Not the first time that a Champion is declared after a dropped ribbon, and last time it was Russia at the gold and us at Silver and no one set a noise about it, overall Linoy’s level of routines were high enough to give her the gold even after the deduction of the dropped ribbon, you can say that the scoring system is not the best or is better for some type of athletes but the results reflected what happened

    2GOLD!!!! 2Bronze!!! over 15 finals!!! and tomorrow group routines in rhythmic gymnastics , It’s obviously the best Olympics for us ever and it’s giving us appetite for PARIS2024 tomorrow I will post my conclusions from Tokyo and who and what to expect from Paris 2024

    Because of Linoy’s success over the last 4/5 years the rhythmic competition is broadcast A LOT therefore you grow into really like it

    @thiago_simoes most likely will be less bias then me, but as I see it the score for the level of the routines are lower for the Averina’s, While Linoy’s level of routines are equal or better

    Overall the scores there are much lower but Linoy had a time when she would dropped it , but yesterday she was good so I’m optimistic

    After the heartbreaking ending in the women’s marathon for us, Linoy Ashram is now the main focus for every Israeli and we are one apparatus left, but it’s the ribbon

    @dcro I did not understood the competition structure, could yo help me understand them, I also saw that Ashley Bond did a great time is it influences tomorrow’s final session? And what are her chances?
