You need to chill out. Why are you so angry all the time?
Adeleke’s best compares well with the winners of that competition. Maybe she’d win, maybe she wouldn’t have. I’d be confident she’d compete and beat those girls
its fine if you disagree but you asking everybody who disagrees with you have they ever watched sport is getting tiresome

dodge reacted to Oldira in Poll 92/100 | Which are your nation's 3 safest medal picks for Tokyo?
Would agree with all of this and add that my big Olympic bet will be in rowing on the W4. For Gold. They will certainly medal along with and . Currently 6/1 for Gold.

But it’s not special treatment from the IOC really. If someone is a citizen of, say, Brazil or Netherlands or Malta or whoever they can represent them
That’s how it works for Ireland and GB. The people of Northern Ireland are entitled to citizenship of both and that’s that really.
It’s nothing new

They weren't the "worse team". They deservedly beat Germany, just like the have the other 2 times they've played them this year in competitive games
In fact The Netherlands have won every international trophy they've competed in for the last 10 years except for when England/GB have beaten them on penalties and 2 defeats to Argentina in Argentina.
So yeah, it's safe to say they're far superior

The game that the Netherlands won 2-0 without really trying? Yeah I watched that one...
The Dutch are by some distance the best team around. They lost in a shootout in Rio, so shocks can happen but anything other than gold for them is a shock

Apart from those you've mentioned, Kurt Walker in boxing, the Mens Double in rowing, the golfers and both sailing crews (We know Annalise Murphy turns up at the Olympics) are all potential medalist. Outside chances include Jack Wooley in Taekwondo, the Fletchers in Judo, rugby and hockey teams (0-0ing their way to another final), Natalya Coyle in MP and even the track cycling boys are all outside bets. It is genuinely the first time Ireland have had so many contendors
Obviously the vast majority won't medal but I do think that with average luck (ie no illness, injuries, falls or dodgy decisions), The Lightweight doubles, Puspure, Harrington and McClenaghan should medal.

I’m not sure what you’re asking but I suspect you’re asking about the make of the British and Irish rugby and hockey teams?
People from Northern Ireland are included in the hockey squads for both Ireland and GB
There are no people from Northern Ireland in either rugby squad, but Max McFarland of GB is an Irish citizen and qualified for Scotland through his grandfather.
Also, none of this matters.

dodge got a reaction from maestro in Athletics EAA Under 23 European Championships 2021
It’s a development competition. There’s always lots of stars missing
As for ‘what’s the point?’
The point is competition. Why have regional events? Why have national events? Why have under 18 or under 20? Why have european? Why go to the Olympics if you’re not going to medal
Duplantis has bigger goals than this but some athletes don’t. For others it’s a stepping stone. It doesn’t matter who’s not there. The athletes have their own goals and congrats if they achieve them
