    Shouldn't the be amazing and dominant at this like in women's water polo? I am quite surprised by how this is going.

    Germany is obviously the most "due" nation to host the Summer Games if we exclude those who either don't have the economy for it (like Hungary) or have zero history in almost every Olympic sport (like Qatar). Germany should and will get 2036 if they want to host it.

    To my surprise the commentator of the Hungarian M4Sport is actually in the stadium at v . If they are at the venue for such an irrelevant event for Hungary, maybe it means that they will still send their commentators to most of the Olympic events despite the COVID situation.

    So IOC will only use canned audience audio for a few sports and softball isn't one them? I have only realized now that it's missing here. Maybe I got used to not having spectators during COVID because I didn't feel like the atmosphere is missing. It also helps that you can't see the stands for most of the broadcast.

    TV graphics seem alright for these Olympics. It's nothing amazing, but at least it's clean, no weird stuff. The one issue I have with the broadcast is that for softball the square where the pitcher has to throw the ball is missing. I think that has been part of the broadcast for baseball/softball matches for quite some time now in the US, and it would help TV viewers to follow the action.

    That's so strange. Imagine if any of the other team sports would have a smaller field for women.

    Thank God that someone at Eurosport realized after 20 minutes that they forgot the turn on the commentary, I would have had no idea why Japan scored without the commentary.

    Well, it looks like the Eurosport Player has some issues on the PS4. For one I can't change the language. The option is there, but it's not working. And it's also buffering more compared to the web browser version.

    Apparently the head of the organizing committee said he still doesn't rule out the possibility of a last minute cancellation. The Games can be in danger if shit truly hits the fan in the next couple of days.

    Huh, it looks like they are counting the replacements for football for some reason, but not for sports like fencing, water polo or handball. I am not sure if football is the only one that has this issue or if there are others.

    The weather forecast seems alright for the first week, the high temp is around 30, which is not bad if you know that it could have been around 40.

    Hm, that's strange, I thought that the site isn't counting replacements because they have the correct number for (166) and we have 3 replacements in the team sports.

    It's T-Clock: https://github.com/White-Tiger/T-Clock I have downloaded the latest beta release: https://github.com/White-Tiger/T-Clock/archive/refs/tags/v2.4.4%23492-rc.zip You have to add an advanced clock format that I copied from a Reddit thread and then edited it in the "Time Format" tab: You can edit this format in all kinds of way like if you want "CRO" or "CET" or whatever instead of "HUN". In the about tab I also made sure that it starts with the Windows boot.

    Why the fuck has Microsoft never implemented a setting that allows two clocks on the Windows taskbar? One would think that this is some of the most basic things that they add eventually. Anyway, it took me way too long to figure out how to do this on the taskbar with a 3rd party software.
