that would also mean that has secured a women's spot in the sprint Alonso cannot score below 453, nobody below 4th can get better than 430.

With 1 more (according to  Elantkowski's ig post) mixed relay to go,  has secured the continental quotas, so did  with the 3 of 6 remaining quotas.  seems to be very close to do so.  and  have swapped for now while  stayed between them in the race for the last 2 quotas. For the Americas quotas,  had the edge for a while but the penalty in the latest competition has reduced their advantage over  to just 1 point .
There are 2 sprints left and  has secured the quota in the men's one.

"Good" news for you, FIS updated the reallocation queue. It is now simply the Round 4 of the "remaining quota places" as it is stated in the qualification rules, not the continuation where it stopped previously. Brazil moved up in the queue up to 19th spot for women.

Come on, it's 2025! Why are we still debating the Commonwealth that ended over 200 years ago or World War I? Lighten up and enjoy some figure skating!

It comes down to what is taught in Poland about the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth. The Union of Lublin isn't shown as unfavorable for Lithuania as it really was. A lot of the southern territories of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania was "given" to Poland but it was actually stolen by Poles, the Polish language overpowered the Lithuanian one among the elites, the common coin was Polish-based. At one point, the PLC starts to get treated like one big country, with Vilnus as one of the major cities of Poland. The Vilnius University shown as an important Polish university, Mickiewicz calling Lithuania his home while writing in Polish, etc. The whole stuff after the World War One is barely touched in the high school when barely anyone cares about history anyway, I guess most people don't even know it. With this lack of the knowledge, Vilnus is one of the lost Polish cities, just like Lviv.
The current animosities are down to the early 2010s and Grybauskaitė being the president of Lithuania - when there was the increase of the Lithuanian subjects taught in the Polish schools, troubles with Polish surnames, places' and streets' names. The Polish hooligans were also quick to pick it up. To be honest, Lithuania isn't looked down at but people don't understand why Lithuania has the right not to like Poland.

got the 2 quotas because a skater can't get more than 16 points in the free skating even if they finish lower than that. With the other one being in the 12th position, Switzerland got exactly 28 points needed to qualify 2 skaters via the World Championships.

Nope! If she finishes in the top 10  will be eligible to earn a second quota at the last chance qualification competition. You cannot earn 2 or 3 quotas from worlds without having 2 or 3 athletes qualified in the free skate.

Yes. I was going to post the list of countries that got a basic quota after the championships were over but I can just keep editing this post as I doubt that there'll be many more countries that earn the basic quota.

The following NOC's have earned the basic quota (1 athlete) for the respective gender:

    Men:

    Women:
