Ora abbiamo bisogno che la sezione diventi attiva con i nostri commenti Ho inserito il link diretto al club nella home page e nei thread, dovreste vederlo in un box in alto. I have now made you the owner of the club, so you should be able to do it by yourself. From the club's home page (https://totallympics.com/clubs/2-canada/), you should be able to see this: Click on "Edit Club Settings" and you can add whatever you want in the description. So you can also change it from time to time (like adding now something about Beijing, then change it at the end etc.) You can also set a background image to be shown in the club's home page

Beijing 2022 Day by Day Schedule

Hello guys, if there is interest and you want to discuss here with other US fans, I can create the US "club", where you can have sub-threads for different events or split the discussion by Olympic day etc. We did the same for Canada (here you can see it: https://totallympics.com/forum/237-beijing-2022-winter-olympic-games/ ). Forse meglio raggruppare un po' di sport insieme, perchè ci saranno thread tipo skeleton che avrebbero poco seguito...Quindi ad esempio si potrebbero raggruppare gli sliding sport (come si chiamano in italiano ? ), salto insieme a combinata e fondo (sci nordico), pattinaggio (sia figura sia short track sia velocità), snowboard e sci freestyle insieme etc. Cosa ne dite?

Dopo una decina di giorni, ho pensato a come avere due forum separati possa diventare "macchinoso", soprattutto per gli utenti che userebbero entrambi i forum, quindi ho cambiato idea e ho pensato sia meglio tenere tutto qua su Totallympics, ma sfruttando la funzionalità dei "club" che finora non è mai stata usata. Andrebbe a sostituire il National Thread ma con la possibilità di avere una sezione del forum solo Italiana dove si possono creare più thread dividendo le discussioni per argomenti. E il vantaggio è che tutti gli utenti italiani già registrati a Totallympics potrebbero intervenire nel club direttamente con il loro account. Ecco il link: https://totallympics.com/clubs/3-italia/ Adesso mando l'invito a tutti gli utenti Italiani, ho ovviamente bisogno del vostro aiuto per rendere il "club" attivo durante le Olimpiadi di Pechino. Hello guys! I think this would be one of the most active National Threads during the Beijing 2022 Olympic Games and I have the feeling keeping everything into one single thread is not enough. I wrote the quoted message some weeks ago, but I have thought instead of that will be better to use a feature of the forum we have never used but which I would like to start using from now on: the clubs. Basically they are a sort of sub-forums where invited users can have their own section where they can have more threads rather than just one National Thread. So you can have separate threads for each sport, for who will be the flag bearer etc, and have different sections (like one for Beijing 2022 Olympic Games, then you can create the section for Paris 2024 qualifications etc.). I have created the Canadian Club and I am now going to invite there all active Canadian users: https://totallympics.com/clubs/2-canada/ Now I would need one user who would become the "owner" of the club, a sort of moderator who can decide which threads to open, how to sort them etc. Also, I can change the name of the club from "Canada" to something else if you prefer (Canadian Club? Canadian Corner? Whatever you want), and where you see "Description here!" I can add everything you want. Any suggestion? And any candidate to be the owner of the club? I hope you like it and you will make this club active. If this idea will be successfull, this National Thread should be closed and the discussions would move to the club. Ciao a tutti, tra pochi giorni aprirò il sub-forum italiano di Totallympics, con la stessa impostazione di Totallympics ma dove si scriverà in Italiano. L'obiettivo non è trasferire gli utenti italiani di Totallympics sul forum italiano, quanto raggiungere utenti che non si iscrivono su Totallympics per via della lingua. In queste cose il periodo iniziale è il più difficile perchè saremo in pochi, ma c'è molto potenziale per farlo crescere visto il numero di appassionati olimpici in Italia. E poi una volta che sarà attivo altri utenti saranno più invogliati a partecipare. Conto quindi sul vostro aiuto per questo progetto!
