What the actual fuck, did we win a quota?

Um, archery experts, what's going on? Is this some weird unexpected quota or is this some sort of universality deal where many European countries can qualify one athlete?

This is the first Hungarian quota in Archery since 1996.

There were 7 individual quotas available. Countries not qualifying in teams can only qualify a maximum of one archer

This should be a list of qualified archers, right? If I am right, 7 archers qualify in men's event, right?

No.  Because quotas awarded by country and anyone can represent Ukraine , we don't decided it in Paris ?

Wow, a really good work of Jajarabilla, i never expect he defeated 3 archers, Leithold lose badly (after she was only to one arrow to qualify in the American tournament), another Olimpic Games without argentinians in this sport, like always.

    • Interesting, for only 2 months i think i have seen some kind of coin from all of the big countries - Germany, Italy, Spain, Holland, France, Portugal, Belgium, Finland, Ireland and yes the 2 euro from Croatia. But some of them were the smaller ones, 10, 5, 2 cents.    Expectedly there aren't any from the smaller countries so far. Nothing from the Baltics, Cyprus, Slovenia, Malta, Andorra etc. But also a bit surprising i haven't seen any from Greece yet.    Don't know from what part of Italy are you, but it's safe to say that when summer hits there will be a lot of Bulgarians visiting Rome, so i'm sure they'll bring some of our coins to spread around.
    • I choose to collect only coins in circulation (and I have also found coins in circulation that should not be on the market; you can find a bit of everything). From my experience, it takes 4-5 years for coins to reach southern Italy, so I have no idea how it will work in Bulgaria. Incidentally, I am curious to see when I will see my first Bulgarian coin. I have not yet seen a Croatian coin (introduced in 2023!).
    • Yes, i saw that there are a lot of commemorative coins. But to get some of those, i would need to buy them, as i don't know how much of them are in circulation. And the chances of such making it to Bulgaria are rather slim.    Still, if i find some sports ones on a good price, maybe i will order a few.

    • Have you already started looking for the hundreds of commemorative 2 euro coins? There are loads of them, including sports-themed ones.
    • Don't know if someone else is collecting Euro coins, but since we joined the zone it's been fun looking at what you can get.    It took only 2 months, but today i finally got my first Slovakian coin.  @hckošice
