If a country obtains quota for the mixed event at the 2018 World Championship but then do not obtain any quota for the individual test ,In the whole period of classification ¿ Will participate in the individual test the shooters to participate in the mixed?

Why not ? As long they reached the minimum standard.

There are no other limitations for "double starters" than the max number of athletes/teams per event and the minimum standard, right ?

Btw, can there be triple or quadruple starters, or is it limited to two events ?

Before ISSF lost its mind, it was possible for one shooter to start in prone, air rifle and three positions, so I guess there's no such limit.

IOC

So it's still possible to have a triple starter (rifle/pistol *2 + team event)

According to the document there won't be any "triple starters" they are quite clear that the maximum in an individual event is two.

Triple starter = competing in 3 events which is possible. Actually if a shooter with quota in 10m Air Rifle gets MQS in Trap, he can compete there as well.

If I'm reading this right the mixed teams quotas will be decided during the qualification round of the World Championships.

As you wrote here months ago, the document says "2018 WCH Qualification Mixed Team first 2 teams", but according to the news on ISSF site, quota places go to the first 2 teams in the finals:mumble:
