Julian Wilson :AUS and Italo Ferreira :BRA get out of the event.... so Jeremy Flores :FRA will compete alone on his heat on round 4

What is the effect of this? Currently I don`t see Flores in the Round 5 on the isasurf page.

Nothing, they took part of this event and they are eligible for Olympics, mission accomplished.

Flores is weird, he didnt compete because it wouldnt make sense haha.

I dont know if he also gave up or ISA will still update the heats.

Duru and Bourez are still competing so I bet on the second option

Are the Portuguese athletes Brazilian competing for Portugal?

No...

But Sequeira is half british from her mother side.

And they would need to be Portuguese in order to compete for Portugal...

That's good to hear.

It wouldn't be the first time someone competed for their parents/grandparents country.

    • Interesting, for only 2 months i think i have seen some kind of coin from all of the big countries - Germany, Italy, Spain, Holland, France, Portugal, Belgium, Finland, Ireland and yes the 2 euro from Croatia. But some of them were the smaller ones, 10, 5, 2 cents.    Expectedly there aren't any from the smaller countries so far. Nothing from the Baltics, Cyprus, Slovenia, Malta, Andorra etc. But also a bit surprising i haven't seen any from Greece yet.    Don't know from what part of Italy are you, but it's safe to say that when summer hits there will be a lot of Bulgarians visiting Rome, so i'm sure they'll bring some of our coins to spread around.
    • I choose to collect only coins in circulation (and I have also found coins in circulation that should not be on the market; you can find a bit of everything). From my experience, it takes 4-5 years for coins to reach southern Italy, so I have no idea how it will work in Bulgaria. Incidentally, I am curious to see when I will see my first Bulgarian coin. I have not yet seen a Croatian coin (introduced in 2023!).
    • Yes, i saw that there are a lot of commemorative coins. But to get some of those, i would need to buy them, as i don't know how much of them are in circulation. And the chances of such making it to Bulgaria are rather slim.    Still, if i find some sports ones on a good price, maybe i will order a few.

    • Have you already started looking for the hundreds of commemorative 2 euro coins? There are loads of them, including sports-themed ones.
    • Don't know if someone else is collecting Euro coins, but since we joined the zone it's been fun looking at what you can get.    It took only 2 months, but today i finally got my first Slovakian coin.  @hckošice
