I don't think so, because Ketut may lose this quota, and Murakami still beats Ohhara. But, at this moment, I am not sure of anything...

But again I was thinking that Japan can only get one place due to Igarashi quota being definite.

 

So in fact Indonesia gets 2019 Asian continental quota.

 

Also Peru secured a second quota, even if Tudelo ends in 3rd.
