It's quite clear USA needs fresh blood. Lloyd & Rapinoe are too old and don't make a difference anymore just to name the two obvious names. This is one old team overall.

I wouldnt say no way they deserved it.  It was pretty even in the 1st, US was the better team in the 2nd but not by much.  I wouldn't say the US "deserved" to win.  Maybe 60~40 them in the end, but still only one dangerous chance.

Obviously I want Canada to win gold, but Sweden was my third favourite going in (after Canada and Brazil) so if it isn't meant to be I'll at least be happy for Sweden.

What a way to wake up. I knew the United States looked beatable, but to see it actually happen is another thing.

 

Sweden has been the best team so far in this tournament so it will be a tough battle.
