Late withdrawal in the US eventing team... Marilyn Little & Scandalous are out, and they are to be replaced by William Coleman & Tight Lines.

 

While Coleman has his qualities, this is a big blow for the American team aspirations.

it's the Opening ceremony day. Opening ceremony which the organizers have been selling as a glorified country music concert.

 

Also today at 12:00 local time (18:00 CET), there will be the first episode of Live@TRYON, a daily talk show to be broadcasted on Youtube.

Well, the presentors were rather stiff (it's the first day after all), but I liked how they moved around the showgrounds. Gives the glimps at all the things happening in the background.
