Palestinians should get additional land that borders the West Bank and then they should create their own country there. Historically muslim countries (Jordan, Kuwait, Syria, Egypt) have had very bad experiences with palestinian refugees and therefore they don't want to take them in. Another huge wave of palestinian refugees would only further destabilize the region/Europe. Israel creating a wave of refugees isn't in Europe's best interest. The best thing for palestinians would be to get their own state and if they then continue to attack Israel, Israel will be able to treat them like any other country and take the appropriate measures.
