Accidenta use of the drug. She normally takes something for asthma, but she took the wrong drug this time.

 

Thats just what’s been released, I’m not sure of it’s validity though

This sounds an awful lot like Kira Toussaint, although she used the more standard "I don't know how this got in my body".
