It's been mentioned elsewhere few weeks back but it's getting more official and seems like Olga Zabelinskaya is well on course to represent at the Tokyo OG. She says Russians still won't be allowed to compete under colors.

Basque ex-cyclist Javier Otxoa has died, aged 43. Tragic story, basically he was a very promising rider (winning a Tour de France stage in 2000 with an epic ride in the mountains), but had an accident in 2001 in which his twin brother died and he got severely and permanently injured (cerebral palsy). Otxoa didn't give up and won gold and silver in both the 2004 and 2008 Paralympic Games. After a long illness he died today in the province of Malaga, where the Vuelta will start tomorrow.
