If IOC demands the breakdancers to look/dress like this at the Olympics, it´s fine with me.

I want koekhappen ('cookie biting', sort of)  to be Olympic, where can I suggest it?

There's a Paralympic wheelchair version:

 

 

It's quite international, they even do it in Africa (and no, that's not 'he is black so it's Africa', it's actually in Africa):

 

 

It's super traditional and has a rich history:

 

 

One may even do it on horse if one so wishes:

 

 

And last, but definitely not least, the freaking king himself does it and his queen absolutely loves it:

oh, by the way...on the trend topic in general...I'm totally disgusted and I wish IOC and Paris 2024 an epic fail...

I kinda feel like this, but I just know I'm gonna end up spending 36 hours per day for over two weeks watching (almost) everything anyway

Yeah, I don't wish a fail. If I don't attend the equestrian events at Versailles then I'm probably never going to attend the Olympics.

But, beyond our personal feelings, do you think this new urban/youth sports policy could work ? Will it attract the new audience the IOC is wishing for ?
