Correct. The youthful and urban format.

Admittedly, this format is always used at World Cup qualifiers, some Grand Prix classes etc. But bigger events (previous Olympics, WEG, Europeans, Pan Am Games, Asian Games, World Cup Finals etc) have never used the one round format.

Honestly, I really liked what in Italy is called "hunt", that is the time-weighted penalties of the first. the new format is completely random.
