Another reason against pursuits in XC, it's way too confusing with points being given for both the final tour result and for the day's time. Manificat won today's race I think? I don't have the results here now but I think I read that

The winner of the pursuit event today won 200 points meanwhile the athlete whit the best time won 50 points

I honestly don't see what's so extremely confusing. If you care about the World Cup you can find the stages result pretty easily.

It's not 'extremely confusing', but it's annoying. Just have normal competitions, either mass starts or individual starts, these 'three day tours' are crappy anyway.
