In the Makwala-case it's really hard to know who to judge, there's no way we know all the details. He might as well have lied to be able to skip the 200m but still run the 400m (which he would not be allowed to do if he skipped the 200 for no reason).

He was stopped yesterday at the entrance of the stadium because of a  compulsory 48h quarantine. The Botswana federation found about that after they reported Makwala sick.

And apparently other teams already knew about this, so one might still wonder: is there no possiblity that the fault lies with Botswana's team? Or is it IAAF's fault because they are the big bad federation, so by definition in a case like this it's their fault?

Oh yes and 4. for allowing a transgender athlete with proven advantage over the others to take away the hard work of the rest of the competitors... IAAF please act asap on the sex or gender issue.

That is just as incorrect as the frustrated people saying she is a man (which she isn't).

Nothing to do with opinion by the way, calling her a man or transgender is simply factually incorrect.

Again with this...even the study which was financed for this was not able to show that the "proven advantage" is comparable to the advantage of a man against a woman (but more similar to the advantage that other women have in their events).
